Just another day?

Sitting at Kendra's kitchen table we are sipping tea and doing a little more planning of summer activities! Beware campers, there are some pretty AWESOME games coming your way! We are excited to play them! It is so great to be combining our creative juices and creating a portfolio of activities and ideas.

Earlier in the day we continued to use our new found painting skills to make 3rd floor of the girls dorm beautiful (or at least it will be). Overall today has been a good day thus far, but even better after discovering that we could listen to live streaming of Adventures in Odyssey on whitsend.org (Check it out). Therefore as we painted we were taken on a wild adventure featuring Mr. Whittaker and friends as their troubles with Novacom continued. Not only did Eugene and Katrina get married but they are missing and a string of mishaps begin to take place in Odyssey as a result. With Eugene's research in turning brain wave into radio missing too havoc has resulted in Odyssey even resulting in the death of Mitch. Lets just say we are all wondering what will happen next. It seems that our long car rides may have to include many more hours of listening to finish the story. I guess we are all hoping that Andrew wont mind joining in our enthusiasm and love for Adventures in Odyssey.

Anyway, you are all probably thinking we are either crazy right now or pretty cool ( As long as our campers think we are cool ) Yup so that has been our day so far. The long weekend is nearly here and we are so excited for both resting and being able to do a little shopping (we have a few last min. purchases like bug spray and hand sanitizer). It should be a fun time!
